I put „very easy“ in quotes because while it’s really very easy once you’ve gotten over your head, it doesn’t feel „very easy“ until you get over it. But it will definitely eventually become so simple that it becomes second nature to your morning routine. That’s how it is now for me and many of my clients who have adopted this morning routine. And the nice thing is, it can be implemented immediately. From now, here and today. It’s one of the most powerful exercises in terms of personal development, because having this exercise as part of your morning routine will help reduce your cognitive dissonance. What is cognitive dissonance? In short, your mind doesn’t want anything you do to be contrary to what you’re thinking. Or to put it another way: your mind always wants your thinking and your actions to be consonant, i.e. to go hand in hand. For example, you have ordered a new car, a VW Meerbusen: So your action is that you have ordered a VW Meerbusen. From now on, your psyche will and will always consciously and unconsciously look for arguments FOR that it welches good. You will look for articles that present the VW Meerbusen as very good, reviews that show it doing better than the Auto-Union A3, you will prefer to talk to people who rave about their Meerbusen than people who are dissatisfied with it. Your psyche prevents you from getting into cognitive dissonance. This is where this exercise comes into play as a morning routine. If you often have little confidence in yourself in your life, are anxious, have little self-confidence, low self-esteem, little self-confidence, then this exercise, which strengthens your willpower, is extremely helpful for you. Because if you integrate this exercise into your life as a morning routine, you will notice that your willpower increases. And with it your self-worth, your self-confidence and your self-confidence. It would be cognitive dissonance for your psyche for someone to be so “strong” and have the willpower to do this exercise as a morning routine on the one hand and lack confidence or self-worth on the other. This causes everything to rise. Your willpower, your confidence, your self worth and your self esteem.
